Assamite
1 • Silence of Death (VPG)
With this power, you can create a zone from which no sound may escape. Note that those within the circle can still hear sounds from outside it.
2 • Weakness (VPG)
With but a touch of a hand, and some blood which is brought to the surface of the palm, you can weaken your foe for great lengths of time.
3 • Disease (VPG)
With but a touch of a hand, and some blood which is brought to the surface of the palm, you can virtually cripple your foe for quite some time.
4 • Blood Agony (VPG)
With this power, you can use your blood to cause aggravated wounds. The blood is used to coat a weapon like a sword, a knife or even fingernails. The weapon does damage as normal, but each wound is an aggravated one.
5 • Taste of Death (VPG)
You can effectively spit blood at your foes, doing aggravated wounds to those hit. The attack is almost silent but the wounds it leaves cause horrible, permanent scars on mortals and Kindred alike. This attack has a range of thirty feet.
6 • Quicken the Mortal's Blood (DAC)
This allows the Assamite to use mortal blood more efficiently, sustaining him longer.
6 • Blood Sweat (Assamites)
This sweat is actually a thin heen at times of extreme stress. The sheen of blood is on the Cainite's forehead and palms. (3 turns = 15 seconds)
6 • Purification (Assamites)
This uses the power of vitae to cleanse and restore the body (Number of BP = to subject's WP)
6 • Ripples of the Heart (Assamites)
This allows a Cainite to leave emotions within the bloodstream of any mortal from whom he feeds. (1 bp)
6 • Selective Silence (Assamites)
The assassin who uses this in preparation can silence selective objects. (2 bp)
6 • Blood Lust
This power instills a terrifying Blood Lust in one target. System: The user spends a Blood Point and rolls Willpower (Target's Willpower). Any degree of success causes the target to enter a feeding Frenzy, attempting to drink as much blood as he can. The effect lasts for 1 minute per success, and is not limited to Cainites -- mortals can be affected just as easily, but they must roll Humanity (8) in coming out or gain a Derangement. Cainites must accept the consequences of their Frenzy as usual.
7 • Baal's Bloody Talons (Assamites)
Makes the assassin's blood a blood-based poison. (1+ bp)
7 • Hinder the Cainite Vitae (DAC)
(3 BP, 1WP per WP of Ghoul, Touch required) This allows the Assamite to stop the GHOUL from using the supernatural blood within them. (Works on Ghouls, NOT on mortals)
7 • Poison of the Well of Life (Assamites)
This allows the assassin to envenom a mortal's blood to another Kindred. (touch and 3 bp)
8 • Blood Awakening (DAC)
This allows the Assamite to effectively manipulate the blood in his/her body. This also allows the Assamite to awaken memories within another Vampire. The mortal blood serves as a way for the Assamite to experience another's life experiences within them.
8 • Songs of Distant Vitae(Assamites)
This invokes those impressions to overwhelm its victim with "remembered" images and sensations drawn from the vessels who held that blood before the vampire fed on them.
A failed WP save makes target lose 1 permanent WP AND gain Sanguinary Animism.
9 • Condemn the Sins of the Father(Assamites)
(1 permanent WP and 8 BP) Each descendant feels the same as the target. (# of WP)
