Each character should have a stat sheet and a background story.

Stat Sheet = A listing of knowledges, abilities, and virtues which does not limit itself but WILL include Disciplines for Vampires, Rites for Werewolves and Mages, Sphere's for Mages, etc.

Background story = Should be a synopsis of the character's history... how long they have lived, where they were born, any major changes within their lives, etc. If a character has learned something it "shouldn't have" then there needs to be a good background story synopsized so that the explanation of having a hidden/archaic knowledge can be legitimately accepted or denied.

The character should be submitted in the following manner.

1. Name should be in the title (subject) section of the message along with the following word depending on the character: New(Never before played) or Old(played in another realm)

2. The character background story should be placed in the first message.

3. The character stats should be placed in the second message.

Once submitted, the character will be reviewed by the STs in charge of such duties. These STs know a viable story and stat sheet.  They will converse with each other and/or ask questions of the other STs to make sure what they say is a good solution to any problems.

We will make a VERY important note right here and now.

Whether or not you like the questions of the STs in charge of this aspect of the game, whether or not you like either one of them, you WILL treat them with respect.  They are only doing their 'jobs'.

They will offer suggestions to make the character more viable, it could be one suggestion it could be many. Though we do not so strictly adhere to the rules set forth in the book... We do keep a strict rein on the fact that invalid characters are generally from people that like to cause problems in the RP.

So,

1. Submit character and background story.
2. Wait for the Stats STs to get in contact with you either in IM or on the forum.
3. Work with the STs to a viable solution.
4. Once approved... enjoy!!

Secondary Abilities (Talents, Skills, Knowledges) can be picked for free up to 3 dots at the beginning. BUT once the stat sheet is approved, then the cost for secondary abilities are 1/2 the normal cost of abilities.

Physicals, Socials and Mentals all start out with ONE dot.

The point in making a any character is not to make the most knowledgeable or strongest character you can make. You want your character WELL-ROUNDED to the Concept that you have chosen. Please keep that in mind when you are building your character. If you have extra points from Post mortuum, you need to follow the rules upon using those points. Do not overdo it, please.

1. Get a character concept.
2. Write a background story.
3. Make stat sheet.
4. Post all information.
5. Get approval from STs for all.
